1/2 cup toor dal
1/2 cup chana dal
1/4 cup moong dal
1/8 cup urad dal
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 tbsp crushed jeera
1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp red chilli flakes
4 chopped green chilli
1 inch ginger
salt - as per taste
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

Soak the toor dal, chana dal, moong dal, and urad dal for a few hours.

Drain the soaked dal and grind it into a coarse mixture.

Add grated coconut, crushed jeera, crushed black pepper, red chilli flakes, chopped green chilli, ginger, salt, and chopped coriander leaves to the ground dal mixture.

Mix everything well to form a dough-like consistency.

Shape the mixture into small dumplings.

Steam the dumplings until cooked through.
