1 cup Toor dal
1 cup Chana dal
1/2 cup Moon dal
1 cup Grated fresh coconut
3/4 tsp Chopped Ginger
1 tsp Chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
2 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
Few curry leaves
3 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Soak Toor dal, Chana dal, and Moon dal for a few hours and then drain.

In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked dals with grated coconut, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, cumin powder, black pepper powder, asafoetida, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.

Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.

Shape the mixture into small balls or dumplings.

Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
