100g Urad Dhal
100g Channa dhal
100g Moong Dhal
1 teaspoon Pepper
6 to 7 Red Chilly
1 inch Ginger
4 Green Chilly
100g Onion
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Asafoetida
2 tablespoon Ghee
Salt - As required

Soak the Dhoor Dhal, Urad Dhal, Channa Dhal, and Moong Dhal for a few hours.

Grind the soaked dals with ginger, green chillies, red chillies, and pepper into a coarse mixture.

Mix in chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, asafoetida, and salt to the ground mixture.

Shape the mixture into small balls.

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
