Moong Dal - 1/2 bowl
Toor Dal - 1/2 bowl
Turmeric
Green Chillies - 6-7 nos

Chopped Dill Leaves
Grated Carrot - 1 nos
Chopped Onions - 2-3 nos

Soak the three dals for 3-4 hours and drain.

Blend the dals.

Add the veggies to the dal mixture.

In a pan add coconut oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and jeera for tempering.

Add this to the blended dal mixture. Mix well.

For the first type of Nuchinunde, make cylindrical shapes and place them in the idli steamer.

For the second type, take a banana leaf, add oil onto it.

Put some dosa batter on the oiled leaf, place the cylindrical mixture and fold over.

Place this too in the idli steamer until they're done.
