1/2 Cup Toor Dal
1/2 Cup Chana Dal
1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
3 Tbsp Dill Leaves
2 Green Chillies
2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Few Curry Leaves
1 inch Ginger
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1/8 Tsp Asafoetida
3/4 Tsp Salt

Soak the Toor Dal and Chana Dal for a few hours and then drain.

Grind the soaked dals coarsely.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground dal with grated coconut, dill leaves, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, grated ginger, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and salt.

Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.

Shape the mixture into small dumplings.

Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for about 15-20 minutes until cooked.
