Chocolate Protein Pudding

2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Medjool dates, pit removed
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

In a small saucepan, boil the almond milk, Medjool dates, raw cacao powder, peanut butter, and ground cinnamon until the dates are tender.

Blend the mixture until smooth.

Add the protein powder and boil it until it thickens slightly.

Divide the pudding into serving cups. This pudding can be served warm or cold. Let the chocolate pudding rest at room temperature until cool, then transfer to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
