Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and mix well to ensure even coating.
Spread the brussels sprouts on a sheet pan in a single layer, ensuring they have space to breathe.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or use an air fryer.
For oven cooking, roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even cooking.
For air frying, cook for about 20 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes for even cooking.
Once cooked, remove from the oven or air fryer and toss with fresh parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice.
