Trim the ends off of the brussels sprouts and cut them in half. If they are large, quarter them.
Place the trimmed and cut brussels sprouts into a glass bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the bowl and coat all the brussels sprouts with the olive oil.
Spread the brussels sprouts onto a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
Add pecan pieces on top of the brussels sprouts.
Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle it over the brussels sprouts and pecans.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and place the baking sheet in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Stir the brussels sprouts halfway through (around 10-12 minutes) with a spatula.
Once done, remove the brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer them to a glass bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles and 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar to the bowl.
Stir everything together to combine.
