1 cup asparagus, chopped
1 cup sweet corn, fresh or frozen
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup water
1 cup cream
1/2 cup shredded parmigiano reggiano
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Season chicken thighs generously with Sola cajun Seasonings on both sides.

Heat unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted.

Add chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
