In a bowl, combine chicken leg mince, ginger, garlic, salt, chilli flakes, green chilli, grated processed cheese, garam masala, and chopped mint and coriander.

Prepare garlic chilli sauce by mixing mayonnaise, cheese spread, chopped garlic, milk or water, chilli flakes, and kasoori methi powder.
Toast the burger buns with butter until golden brown.
Spread mustard sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
Layer with salad leaf, tomato slice, onion slice, and gherkin slices.
Place the cooked chicken patty on top and add cheese slice.
Cover with the top half of the bun and serve with French fries or potato wedges.
