Boil 1 cup of sweet corn for 1 minute.

In a large bowl, add the boiled sweet corn and 1 large finely chopped onion.

Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce (if desired) to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
