Chop the potatoes into suitable sizes for the blender.

Blend the potatoes with 1 cup of water.

Drain as much water as possible from the blended potatoes.

You can use cheese cloth to squeeze out the water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Dice a green pepper, removing the seeds.

Finely chop a little bit of spring onion.

Mix the potato with the starch obtained after draining, the chopped green pepper, and 1/2 tsp of salt.

Put a generous amount of vegetable oil in the skillet.

Scoop a full spoon of the mixture and shape it into about 1 cm thick pancakes.

Fry the pancakes until they get a nice golden brown skin.
