Begin by measuring 2 cups of lukewarm water for the dough.
Add a whole packet of yeast to the water. Optionally, use half a packet if you have more time for the dough to rise.
Mix in 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (or regular sugar).
Mix the ingredients well and then add flour until a sticky dough forms. Do not knead the dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise for about 3 to 5 hours without punching it down.
After 45 minutes, check the dough; it should still have a bit of rising to do.
Crush 2 heads of garlic for the chicken and pizza topping.
Prepare 2 chicken breasts by cutting them into fajita strips.
Heat a pan on high heat and add a little grapeseed oil.
Season the chicken with salt and garlic powder, adding fresh garlic as well.
Cook the chicken quickly on high heat, ensuring it doesn't overcook since it will be baked later.
Once the chicken is nearly done, turn off the heat and fan.
Prepare a short tray lined with parchment paper for the pizza.
Check the risen dough; it should be sticky. Optionally, add more flour if you want to roll it out.
Spread the sticky dough using fingers across the parchment paper.
Mix crushed garlic with olive oil to create the pizza sauce.
Spread the sauce over the dough and begin topping the pizza.
Add a four cheese blend (found at Trader Joe's or any cheese of choice) evenly over the pizza.
Top the pizza with the cooked chicken strips.
Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on top for melting and browning.
Optionally, add garnishes like jalapenos and chives.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 430 degrees Fahrenheit for about 11 minutes, checking periodically as oven times may vary.
