1

Start with fresh bread.

2

Spread peanut butter on one side of the bread.

3

Spread jelly on the other slice of bread.

4

Close the sandwich with peanut butter side facing jelly side.

5

Spray both sides of the sandwich with cooking spray or butter.

6

Place the sandwich on a hot pan and cover with a lid.

7

Grill until the first side is golden, then flip and cover again.

8

Remove the sandwich from the pan without moving it to a cutting board.

9

Slice off the crusts of the bread if making roll-ups.

10

Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin or the back of a pan.

11

Spread creamy peanut butter over the flattened bread.

12

Add about 1 teaspoon of jelly on top of the peanut butter and spread it evenly.

13

Roll the bread from the longest side to create roll-ups.

14

Cut the roll-ups into smaller pieces.

15

Pack the roll-ups in a compartmentalized lunchbox with blueberries and strawberries.

16

Add veggies and dip in another container.

17

Place the lid on both containers and keep them in the fridge until ready to go.

18

Preheat the air fryer for a couple of minutes.

19

For Uncrustables, put a generous amount of peanut butter in the middle of the bread.

20

Add jelly or jam in the middle, keeping it away from the edges.

21

Place the other piece of bread on top and use a sandwich crimper to seal the edges.

22

Spray both sides of the Uncrustable with butter or cooking spray.

23

Place the Uncrustables in the air fryer at 375°F for 5-8 minutes depending on if they are fresh or frozen.

24

Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and pack for lunch.
