Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel the sweet potatoes carefully using a potato peeler.
Chop the sweet potatoes into chunks for chips.
Spread the sweet potato chunks on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Put the sweet potato chips in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Remove the leaves from the rosemary stalks and finely chop them.
Add a dash of olive oil to the chopped rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
Take 200 grams of crocodile meat and roll it in the rosemary mixture until fully coated.
Lay the bacon slices down, place the crocodile meat in the center, and wrap the bacon around it, securing it.
Drizzle more olive oil over the wrapped crocodile and place it in another baking tray.
Put the bacon-wrapped crocodile in the oven for 12 minutes alongside the sweet potato chips.
While cooking, cut the lemon into quarters.
Once cooking time is done, remove everything from the oven and plate it.
