In a bowl, combine ground pork and ground beef.
Add salt, garlic, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, and 1 egg to the meat mixture.
Mix in barbecue seasoning (about 2 tablespoons).
Press the mixture into a glass loaf pan lined with plastic wrap, filling it halfway.
Create an indention in the center of the meat mixture for the cream cheese.
Add 4 ounces of cream cheese into the indention and cover with more meat mixture.
Compact the meat mixture firmly to keep the cream cheese inside.
Prepare the Weber kettle grill with B&B competition oak briquettes and hickory wood chunks.
Place the meatloaf on a wire rack on the grill.
Smoke the meatloaf until it reaches an internal temperature of 130-135°F (54-57°C).
Brush barbecue sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
Continue smoking until the internal temperature reaches 150-155°F (65-68°C).
Remove the meatloaf from the grill and let it rest before slicing.
