Smoked BBQ Meatloaf

BBQ sauce

Homemade BBQ sauce can be healthier with less sugar, and ketchup is a budget-friendly alternative.
In a bowl, add 3 lbs of fresh 80/20 ground beef.
Add a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce.
Add 1 large diced onion and 3 cloves of chopped garlic.
Add 1/2 cup of fresh or dried parsley and 1.5 cups of Italian breadcrumbs.
Crack in 2 eggs and add 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Add 1 teaspoon of dried oregano and 1.5 tbsp of LSG Texas Fusion seasoning, or 1 tbsp each of salt and pepper.
Mix everything well with your hands until combined, ensuring it sticks to your glove.
Line a meatloaf pan with plastic wrap and transfer the meat mixture into the pan, pressing firmly to shape it.
Flip the meatloaf onto a warming rack and remove the plastic wrap.
Coat the outside with LSG Texas Fusion seasoning.
Preheat the Lone Star grills pellet smoker to 325°F.
Insert a temperature probe into the meatloaf and close the lid.
Cook for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 130°F.
Glaze the meatloaf with barbecue sauce or ketchup on all sides and close the lid.
Continue cooking for another 30 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 155 to 160°F.
Remove from the smoker and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
