Clean 500 g of wheat thoroughly, washing it for a while.

Soak the wheat in water for 8 to 10 hours to soften the grains.

Drain the wheat and rinse well, then boil in cold water, ensuring the water covers the wheat.

Skim off any foam, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and boil for about 35 minutes until the wheat opens up.

Drain the boiled wheat and spread it on a table with protective towels, covering it with a cloth to absorb moisture.

Let it dry for 6 to 8 hours in a dry environment, not too warm.

Roast 0.5 cup of flour in a pan or oven until it turns light brown, stirring constantly.

Once the wheat is dry, place it in a large bowl and add 250 g of chopped walnuts, 1 cup of roasted sesame seeds ground into flour, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 cup of raisins, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, and 0.5 teaspoon of clove.
