Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Chop onion finely and sauté in a pan until translucent.

In a bowl, combine leberkäse with sautéed onion, mustard, and spices.

Add egg and mix until well combined.

Cut the bread rolls in half lengthwise.

Spread the leberkäse mixture onto the bottom half of each roll.

Top with cheese and sprinkle with parsley.

Close the rolls and place them on the baking sheet.

Brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
