Today, lasagne is enjoyed worldwide, with countless adaptations, yet the classic beef version remains a favorite for family gatherings and special occasions.

Start with 1.5 pounds of ground beef and cook it until it is no longer pink.
Season the ground beef with salt, all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell peppers to the beef; cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
If the ground beef produces a lot of grease, remove it before proceeding.
For the sauce, use a store-bought or homemade marinara sauce; add a bit of sugar to balance the flavors.
Cover the sauce and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
In a pot of boiling salted water, boil 9 sheets of lasagna for 5 minutes, then drain and run under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Add fresh basil to the beef sauce and mix well; set aside.
In a bowl, add cream cheese as a substitute for ricotta cheese, and mix in 1 egg until creamy.
Add Mexican four cheese, mozzarella, New Zealand cheddar, Italian seasoning, and fresh parsley to the cheese mixture; mix until combined.
In a baking dish, add a thin layer of meat sauce to the bottom to prevent sticking.
Layer lasagna pasta over the meat sauce, followed by more meat sauce, then a thin layer of cheese sauce, and a layer of mozzarella and Mexican cheese.
Repeat the layering process until the baking dish is full, finishing with a generous amount of cheese on top and some fresh parsley.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cover the lasagna with foil and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to allow the top to become golden.
Let the lasagna sit for at least 15 minutes before cutting into it.
