8 ounces cheddar cheese
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup cream
1/4 teaspoon vegetable rennet
1/4 teaspoon lipase
1/4 teaspoon calcium chloride
1 teaspoon coloring agents
1 teaspoon natural flavorings

Take cow's milk and add rennet to turn it from liquid into a solid.

Perform the cheddaring process by stacking the curds into blocks.
