3 Fresno peppers
3 habanero peppers

3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons raw sugar (optional)
4 tablespoons water (optional)

Remove the green sprout from the garlic cloves (optional).

De-seed the carambola using a chopstick.

Blend the carambola, Fresno peppers, habanero peppers, red onion, kosher salt, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, and garlic cloves together.
