4 cups fresh corn
½ cup sugar
1¼ cup flour
4 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups of milk
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture is well blended.

Fry in butter to form round pancakes for a couple minutes.
