Summer Strawberry Salad - Fabio's Kitchen - Season 5

Heat butter in a pan.

Add country bread to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread until caramelized.

In a small food processor, combine strawberries, lemon juice, white balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, honey, and olive oil.

Blend the ingredients until smooth to create the strawberry vinaigrette.

Once the bread is toasted, remove from the pan and place on a plate.

Spread the mustard greens on the plate.

Drizzle the strawberry vinaigrette over the mustard greens.

Top the warm bread with shaved parmesan and serve.
