STRAWBERRY SUMMER SALAD RECIPE

Place in a container with a lid or a jar: avocado oil, maple syrup, Himalayan salt, and raspberry balsamic vinegar. Shake it well and place aside.

Wash one head of lettuce and drain it well. Cut lettuce into very small pieces. Place it in a salad bowl.

Cut off strawberry calyxes and slice them. Place them on top of the lettuce in the salad bowl.

Pour the previously prepared dressing over the salad.

Add crumbles of feta cheese and roasted sunflower seeds to the salad. Salad is ready to be served.
