Baked Cauliflower Steak with Avocado Sauce
Preheat the oven.
Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks.
Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chilli powder.
Place the seasoned cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and bake until tender.
While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado, garlic cloves, basil, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Serve the baked cauliflower steaks topped with the avocado sauce.
