Divide the dough into four portions (or six for smaller rolls) and cover with cling wrap and a tea towel for 20 minutes.
Prepare a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle with flour.
Shape the rolls by placing them on the tray and gently pressing down to create indentations, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cover the rolls with cling wrap for a final rise of 10 minutes before baking.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown, without opening the oven during baking.
Once cooked, cover with a towel and let cool for 5 minutes.
