Meatball Soup With Vegetables

Cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces using a crinkle knife cutter for texture.
Use pre-cut vegetables if you don't have time to cut them yourself.
Use half of the onion and prepare one pound of ground beef.
Add black pepper to taste, half teaspoon of garlic powder, half teaspoon of mushroom seasoning, about a teaspoon of oil, half teaspoon of Golden Mountain seasoning sauce, half teaspoon of oyster sauce, and one egg to the ground beef.
Mix the ingredients with your hands until well combined and form into medium-sized meatballs.
In a pot, add water and bring it to a boil.
Add half tablespoon of black soy sauce, half tablespoon of Golden Mountain seasonings, half tablespoon of fish sauce, about a teaspoon of chicken powder, and half teaspoon of salt to the boiling water.
Add the vegetables to the boiling water to make them tender before adding the meatballs.
Roll the beef into balls while the vegetables are cooking.
Once the vegetables are tender, add the meatballs one by one into the pot.
Stir gently and bring the mixture to a full boil.
Add sliced baby Bella mushrooms to the pot.
Skim off any foam that forms on the top of the soup.
Once fully boiling and the beef is cooked, taste the soup and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Turn off the heat and set aside the soup.
Garnish with parsley, cilantro, and a little black pepper before serving.
