200 g čičoke

100 g matovilca

300 g svježeg krastavca
4 jaja
300 g milerama
sok i korica od 1 limuna
3 žličice Senfa estragon Podravka
½ vezice svježeg vlasca
50 ml maslinovog ulja
sol

Parmezan naribajte na sitniji ribež, a zatim ga složite na papir za pečenje u obliku 4 veća kruga. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200°C dok ne dobije zlatno žutu boju (5-8 minuta).

Dok su krugovi parmezana još vrući prenesite ih na 4 posude i lagano pritisnite rubove da poprime oblik košarica, pa ih odložite sa strane do posluživanja da se ohlade i zadrže oblik.

Čičoku i mrkvu narežite na tanke rezance, rajčice po pola, a krastavac na manje kockice. Stavite ih u posudu, dodajte matovilac, ocijeđeni i isprani kukuruz šećerac i izmješajte.

U vreloj vodi poširajte jedno po jedno jaje (4-5 minuta), pa ih izvadite sa strane.

Preljev pripremite tako da pomiješajte mileram, limunov sok i koricu, senf i nasjeckani svježi vlasac. Posolite i popaprite.
