Sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers in the wok for about 5 minutes until softened.
Add complete seasoning, chicken bouillon powder, and black pepper to the sautéed vegetables.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the vegetables for a creamy flavor.
Mix in the boiled provisions and allow them to char at the bottom for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finish by adding chopped green onions for color before serving.
