- 4Place pork chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- 5During the last minute of cooking, brush barbecue sauce on both sides of the pork chops.
- 6Remove pork chops from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 7Serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.

- 3In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 4Add the cooked cauliflower to the chicken mixture and stir gently to combine.
- 5Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- 6Top the casserole with shredded cheddar cheese.
