1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) with a rack placed in the center.

2

If using whole cauliflower, grate it using the fine side of a grater. If using pre-riced cauliflower, steam it in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes according to the manufacturer's directions.

3

Allow the steamed cauliflower to cool down before handling it.

4

Once cooled, place the cauliflower into a nut milk bag or cheesecloth and squeeze out all excess moisture until it resembles a mashed consistency.

5

Fluff the riced cauliflower with your hands or a fork to loosen any clumps.

6

In a medium bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt, 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup super fine almond flour, and 0.5 teaspoon baking powder. Stir to combine.

7

Add 1 large beaten egg to the mixture and mix until a dough forms.

8

Place a piece of parchment paper on a clean surface and pour the dough onto it. Press down with your hands to shape it into a thin pizza crust, creating a lip around the edges.

9

Transfer the crust to a perforated pizza pan and bake for 10 minutes.

10

After 10 minutes, carefully remove the parchment paper and bake the crust directly on the perforated pan for an additional 8 minutes until golden and crispy.

11

Remove the crust from the oven and spread 0.5 cup pizza sauce evenly over the top.

12

Sprinkle additional garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce, then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

13

Add 4 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese (about half a bag) on top of the sauce.

14

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
