about 12 each baby tomatoes, cut in half
about 4 each red radish, sliced
about 1 each onion, mexican (optional)
about 2 each green onions, sliced
a dash fish sauce
to taste chili garlic oil
about 1/2 each fresh lemon juice
to taste extra virgin olive oil
as needed fresh cilantro
