Air-Fried Pickles

1 cup dill pickle slices
2 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
for garnish mayonnaise
for garnish ketchup
for garnish Worcestershire sauce
to taste Sriracha powder

Put pickles in a colander to dry off excess liquid.

Transfer pickles onto a paper towel to soak up as much liquid as possible.

Beat eggs until no longer stringy for the egg wash.

Season flour mixture with salt, pepper, and Sriracha powder, then mix until combined.

Pulse panko breadcrumbs in a food processor to make them smaller for better sticking.
