5 calamari (about 15cm long without tentacles)
10 fresh shrimp
200 grams panchetta
5 tbsp fine-grind bulgur
3 spring garlics or 10 garlic cloves
3 spring onions
1/2 handful of parsley
2 lemons
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
olive oil
100 grams of butter
200 grams of baby spinach or chard
optional a few chives
