Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a skillet.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet.
Add approximately 1 pound (500 g) of cabbage, preferably young cabbage for juiciness.
Cook the cabbage until golden brown over medium heat, turning it carefully to avoid breaking the leaves.
Add more oil if needed.
Finely chop 2-3 mushrooms and add them to the skillet.
Fry the mushrooms until golden brown.
Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of flour and mix well.
Pour in 2 cups of coconut cream and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of oregano, mixing thoroughly.
Grate some Parmesan cheese and add it to the mixture, then add some more cheese on top.
Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
