Pound the chicken breasts flat by wrapping them in plastic wrap and using a mallet.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large oven-safe pot over medium-high heat.

Add the pounded chicken breasts to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes per side until browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Remove the cooked chicken from the pot and set it aside on a plate.
