1/2 lime

1 large White/purple onion
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup sliced jalapeños (canned)
1/2 cup boiling water
6 boiled eggs chopped or mashed
Dutch cheese/ Parmesan cheese
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 cups Maseca corn flour
