Carne con Papa

2 pounds beef for stewing
6 cups water
3 large potatoes
1 packet chicken base
1 packet cilantro seasoning
1/2 green bell pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
salt to taste

In a pressure cooker, add 2 pounds of beef for stewing.

Pour in 6 cups of water.

Seal the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, release the pressure and add 2 more cups of water.

Chop 3 large potatoes into six pieces each and add them to the pot.

Add 1 packet of chicken base and 1 packet of cilantro seasoning.

Add 1/2 of a green bell pepper, 4 cloves of garlic, and 1 small onion to the pot.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of oregano and 1/4 cup of olive oil.

Add 1 cup of tomato sauce and salt to taste.

Cook the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.
