Combine 700 g carbonated water with 500 ml garlic powder, 10 g sweet paprika, 10 g black pepper, 10 g salt, 10 g oregano, and 10 g sodium bicarbonate to create a marinade.

Marinate the pork chops in the mixture for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the marinated pork chops for 10 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Chop 10 MIN onion and sauté over low fire for 10 minutes until translucent.

Add 10 MIN cabbage to the pan and cook for an additional 10 minutes over low fire.
