Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

Pour the chicken broth into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.

Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning some of the broth over them.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
