Hummus Wrap

1 large flour tortilla
1/2 cup hummus
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup arugula
4 oz deli turkey

Take a large flour tortilla.

Spread your favorite hummus almost all the way to the edge of the tortilla.

Sprinkle shredded carrots around the wrap.

Add cheese (optional) on top of the carrots.

Add arugula (or spinach, chopped kale, or lettuce) on top of the cheese.

Place thinly sliced deli turkey on top of the greens to help hold them down.

Fold in the ends of the tortilla, then fold it over tightly like a burrito.

Push some of the ingredients in as you wrap it up tightly.

Slice the wrap in half to pack it in your lunch box.

If making ahead of time, cover the wrap with a moist paper towel and refrigerate overnight.

For gluten-free wraps, use a moist paper towel on top to prevent drying out.
