Simple Southern Tomato Sandwich " Perfection "

Slice the large ripe tomato about as thick as your finger using a sharp knife.

Spread a generous amount of Miracle Whip or mayonnaise on one slice of bread.

Spread Miracle Whip or mayonnaise on the other slice of bread as well.

Sprinkle fresh cracked pepper on both sides of the tomato slices.

Add big chunks of sea salt on top of the tomato slices.

Place the tomato slices on one slice of bread.

Add a little more pepper and pink salt on top of the tomato slices.

Put the other slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.

Cut the sandwich in half with a knife.
