Cut up a mixture of russet and white potatoes into small pieces.
Chop an onion and cut bacon into small pieces.
Prepare beef stew pieces and open two cans of kidney beans and one can of mixed vegetables.
Boil water in a pot and add salt to it.
Add the cut potatoes to the boiling water.
In a separate pan, add olive oil and fry the bacon pieces until cooked.
Remove the bacon and use the grease to fry the chopped onions until they are cooked down.
Add the beef stew pieces to the pan with the onions and season with baking powder, Creole seasoning, and black pepper.
Add a little soy sauce to the beef mixture and mix well.
Once the potatoes are tender, drain them and return to the pot.
Add a whole stick of butter to the drained potatoes and mash them until smooth.
Remove the beef mixture from the heat and combine it with the mashed potatoes, mixing well.
In a clean pan, add olive oil and then the kidney beans and mixed vegetables, cooking for about three minutes.
Combine the cooked beans and vegetables with the mashed potatoes and beef mixture.
Serve the loaded mashed potato bowl.
