Burrata Pappardelle

ยฝ cup fresh arugula
1 x burrata cheese

Boil pappardelle pasta in salted water until al dente

In a medium pan on medium heat, add olive oil

Toss in pine nuts and cook until toasted

Add in cherry tomatoes and let cook for 2 mins

Pour ยฝ jar of Yo Mamaโ€™s Basil marinara sauce into the pan and stir ingredients together

Add in fresh arugula and continue stirring

Let sauce simmer for 2 minutes

Add in cooked pappardelle pasta and mix until the pasta is coated in sauce
