1 lb tofu
8 wood/bamboo skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup bbq sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup water
1 cup zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
1 cup mushrooms, whole
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup pineapple (optional)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, bbq sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce, oil, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and water to create marinade
