Heat a large pot to medium high heat.

Add roughly 2 tbsps of oil.

Add in your onion and cook until starting to turn translucent.

Add in your garlic and chiles; cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add in paprika and season with salt and garlic pepper; mix.

Add in your corn, beans, and salsa verde; mix well.

Add in your broth and bouillon cube; cook for 10-15 minutes stirring often.

Turn heat down and add in your cheese; cook until melted.

Turn off heat and serve, topping each bowl with crumbled cheese, cilantro, jalapeños, and lime wedges.
