- ●1 egg (beaten)
- ●1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ●1/4 cup powdered sugar
- ●1-2 tsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth it out.
- 3Cut the puff pastry into squares (about 4x4 inches).
- 4In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, beaten egg, and flour. Mix until smooth.
- 5Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
- 6Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a diamond shape, pinching the edges to seal.
- 7Place the filled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 9While the pastries are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with enough milk to achieve a drizzling consistency.
- 10Once the pastries are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly before drizzling with the glaze.

- ●1 tbsp spread (In-N-Out's special sauce)
- ●1 leaf lettuce (optional)
- ●1 slice tomato (optional)
- ●1 slice onion (optional)
Instructions
- 1Grill the beef patties on a hot grill or skillet until they reach your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium.
- 2While the patties are cooking, prepare your toppings: slice the tomato, onion, and wash the lettuce if using.
- 3Once the patties are nearly done, place a slice of American cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt for about 1 minute.
- 4Remove the patties from the grill and place them on a plate.
- 5Spread the In-N-Out special sauce on top of one of the patties.
- 6If using, add the lettuce, tomato, and onion on top of the sauce.
- 7Carefully place the second patty on top to create a sandwich without a bun.
- 8Serve immediately and enjoy your Flying Dutchman!

- ●1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ●1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- ●1/2 cup sliced onions
- ●1 tbsp olive oil
- ●1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3In a bowl, mix the shredded beef with chipotle sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 4Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- 5Spread the beef mixture evenly over half of the tortilla.
- 6Top the beef with sautéed onions and bell peppers, then sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
- 7Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
- 8Wipe the skillet clean and return it to medium heat.
- 9Cook the quesadilla for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- 10Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
- 11Serve with additional chipotle sauce or salsa if desired.

- ●1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or processed cheese)
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 cup water
- ●2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- 1Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
- 3Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- 4Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- 5Stir in the sliced hotdogs and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 6Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, salt, black pepper, and water. Stir well to combine.
- 7Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 8Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more sugar for sweetness if desired.
- 9Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
- 10Serve hot, topped with grated cheese.
