In a bowl, combine four eggs, two tablespoons of flour, grated onion, salt, and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet until hot.
Form the potato mixture into patties and place them in the hot oil.
Cook until the edges start to brown, flipping only twice during cooking.
