Wash and clean 1 kg of chicken and drain the water.

In a bowl, add 4 teaspoons of sour yogurt and juice from 1 lemon (without seeds).

Heat a kadai (wok) on low flame and add 2 teaspoons of cornflour mixed with water to create a slurry.

Add cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom to the hot oil.

Add the marinated chicken pieces to the kadai and mix well.

Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes, then open and stir.

Increase the flame and add a little water from the marinade bowl to the chicken.

Add ½ teaspoon of cumin powder and mix well.
